There are seasons in life when the road ahead feels uncertain. We pray, we wait, and sometimes we wonder if we are moving in the right direction at all. Yet Scripture reminds us that God does not promise to reveal the entire journey at once—only the next step.
Just as a lamp lights only the space directly in front of us, God’s Word gives us enough light for today. It doesn’t erase the shadows instantly, but it gives us courage to keep walking.
When we feel overwhelmed, it’s easy to want clear answers and quick solutions. But faith often grows in the quiet moments of trust—when we choose to keep going, even when the way forward is not fully visible.
Today, take a moment to pause. Ask God for clarity, not for the whole path, but for the next faithful step. Trust that He is already working in the places you cannot yet see.

Lord, thank You for being my light in every season. When I feel unsure or afraid, help me to trust Your guidance. Show me the next step You want me to take, and give me the courage to follow You. Amen.
